How to Cook:
1. Add 200g of As-Sufi’s Asam Pedas Mix to 2 cups of water.
2. Add fish/ beef and stir slowly.
3. Boil until cooked.
4. Add extra turmeric powder, salt or MSG if required.
* This mix is suitable for 500g of fish or 1kg of beef.
