Fish Curry Mix


No artificial colouring, flavourings or preservatives.

Keep refrigerated.


How to Cook:

1. Add 2 cups water to 200g As-Sufi Fish Curry Mix. Add 50g milk or coconut milk if necessary.

2. Add fish, prawns, eggs etc. and stir slowly. Add tomatoes if desired.

3. Boil until cooked.

4. Alternatively, the fish or prawns can be coated with As-Suf Fish Curry Mix before frying.

*This mix is suitable for 500g of fish. Add extra salt or MSG if required.
