Sambal Udang with As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh prawns
  • 3 tablespoons As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste
  • 2cm Belachan (shrimp paste)
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Belachan, tamarind paste, sugar and salt to taste.
  4. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of fish (stingrays, mackerel etc)
  • 3 tablespoons As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2cm Belachan
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 brinjal, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 10 pieces of laksa leaves (daun kesum)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a pot.
  2. Add As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add belachan, tamarind paste and water, bringing it to a boil.
  4. Add fish, tomato, and brinjal.
  5. Add Laksa leaves
  6. Simmer until fish is cooked and vegetables are tender.

Simple Mee Goreng with As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste

Ingredients:

  • 250g yellow noodles
  • 3 tablespoons As-Sufi Multi-Purpose Chilli Paste
  • A tablespoon of chilli sauce
  • A tablespoon of tomato ketchup
  • A tablespoon of dark soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g prawns
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
