Terms and Conditions

1. All orders placed on weekdays between 9pm and 3pm will be processed the same day and delivered the next working day.
2. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and after 3pm on weekdays will be processed the next working day.
3. Deliveries are scheduled from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9am and 5pm. There will be no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Customers will be notified within 2hrs prior to delivery.
5. Purchased items will be left at the doorstep of the customer’s shipping address if there is no one to receive the items upon delivery. As-Sufi Food Industries Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any lost purchase.

Please take note that there will be an additional charge for delivery to the following areas:-
CBD, City and Sentosa: $10.00
Condominiums: $5.00
